ASKED QUESTIONS

Everything you need to know before booking your rack.

How long can I hire a rack? +
Rack hire is available for 2, 4, 6 or 8 weeks. Choose your preferred hire length and available dates when booking online.
When do I bring my items in? +
Bring your items in on the first day of your booking. For our opening booking beginning 1 November 2026, drop-off is Saturday 31 October between 9am and 12pm.
How should my pieces be prepared? +
Items should arrive clean, laundered, presentable and ready to sell. If an item requires pressing, Vintage Revolution can press it for A$5 per item. Seller portal and tagging instructions will be provided before your rack begins.
Can I top up my rack? +
Yes. You can replenish your rack during opening hours, provided you stay within the item capacity of the rack size you booked.
What items do you accept? +
We accept suitable women’s, men’s, kids’ and baby clothing, as well as shoes, bags, sunglasses and watches. Items must meet our condition, presentation and resale standards.
What happens when my booking finishes? +
Please collect any remaining items by the end of your booking. Late collection may incur an A$20 fee deducted from your profits. Items left for more than 7 days after the booking ends may be donated.
Can I cancel my booking? +
Cancellations are subject to the Vintage Revolution Rack Hire Terms & Conditions and our 7-day cancellation policy. Unused hire days are not refundable once the booking has begun.
How and when am I paid? +
Seller payouts are made electronically. Vintage Revolution aims to process payouts within 5 working days after they become due. Cash payouts are not available.
What happens over the Christmas closure? +
Vintage Revolution is closed from 25–31 December. If your rack hire runs across this closure, your booking end date is automatically extended by 7 days at no additional cost.
Is there a guarantee my items will sell? +
No. Rack hire gives you selling space in store, but Vintage Revolution cannot guarantee that any particular item or number of items will sell during your booking.
